On 18 August 2016 we made final decisions on Energex's ring fencing waiver applications. Consistent with our draft decisions, we determined to grant Energex temporary and conditional ring fencing waivers for its Eagle Farm PV and BESS installation and its mobile educational display. Details, including our reasons, are set out in the final decision papers available on this web page.
