On 28 September 2017, United Energy submitted to the AER its annual pricing proposal for the period 1 January to 31 December 2018.
On 23 October 2017, United Energy submitted its revised pricing proposal, including revised metering exit fees, alternative control services, and public lighting models, correcting for some minor errors raised by the AER.
On 10 November 2017, the AER approved United Energy's revised annual pricing proposal. This was after assessing the pricing proposal as compliant with Part I of Chapter 6 of the National Electricity Rules, its approved 2017-20 Tariff Structure Statement and the AER's distribution determination.
