On 29 April 2016, TasNetworks submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for the Tasmanian electricity distribution network for the period 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017.
On 3 June 2016, the AER approved TasNetworks' pricing proposal. This was after assessing the pricing proposal as compliant with Part I of Chapter 6 of the National Electricity Rules and the AER’s distribution determination.
