On 31 March 2022, Power and Water Corporation submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its Northern Territory distribution network for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023.
On 28 and 29 April 2022, Power and Water Corporation submitted to the AER revised pricing proposal documents in response to AER queries to correct for errors.
On 29 April 2022, the AER approved Power and Water Corporation’s annual pricing proposal for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023. This was after assessing the pricing proposal as compliant with the National Electricity Rules and the AER's final decision on Power and Water Corporation's 2019–24 regulatory determination
