On 31 March 2020, Power and Water Corporation submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its Northern Territory distribution network for the period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. Power and Water Corporation's pricing proposal will be assessed for compliance with the AER's 2019-24 regulatory determination.
On 8 May 2020, the AER approved Power and Water Corporation's annual pricing proposal for the period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. This was after assessing the pricing proposal as compliant with the National Electricity Rules and the AER's Final Decision on Power and Water Corporation - Determination 2019-24.
