On 10 May 2024, Evoenergy submitted a pricing proposal for its ACT electricity distribution network for the period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025. 

We will assess Evoenergy’s pricing proposal for compliance with the NER and our 2024–29 regulatory determination. Evoenergy provided other documentation to support its proposal and will be used in our compliance assessment.
