On 21 May 2015, Ergon Energy submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for the Queensland electricity distribution network for the period 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016.
On 12 June 2015, the AER approved Ergon Energy's pricing proposal. This was after assessing that it complied with Part I of the chapter 6 rules and the AER’s distribution determination.
