On 31 March 2022, Ergon Energy submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its Queensland distribution network for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023.
On 29 April and 10 May 2022, Ergon Energy submitted to the AER revised pricing proposal documents in response to AER queries to correct for errors.
On 13 May 2022, the AER approved Ergon Energy’s pricing proposal for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023. This was after assessing the pricing proposal as compliant with the National Electricity Rules and the AER's final decision on Ergon Energy's 2020–25 regulatory determination.
