On 31 March 2023, Energex submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its Queensland distribution network for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024.
On 27 April 2023, Energex submitted a revised pricing proposal, model, and price list in response to AER queries. This resubmission did not result in any changes to proposed prices.
On 4 May 2023, the AER approved Energex's annual pricing proposal for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024. This was after assessing the pricing proposal as compliant with the NER and the AER's 2020–25 regulatory determination.
