On 13 May 2022, the AER approved Energex’s annual pricing proposal for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023.

The documents published on the proposal page, as submitted on 31 March, 14 April, 4, 11 and 12 May 2022 form part of our final approved decision for Energex. This was after assessing the pricing proposal as compliant with the National Electricity Rules and the AER's 2020–25 regulatory determination.
