Roma to Brisbane Pipeline - negative cost pass through - carbon price removal

On 19 May 2015 the AER Board approved a negative cost pass through application from APTPPL, operator of the Roma to Brisbane Pipeline (RBP). The application was to remove carbon price costs from RBP reference tariffs. Note APTPPL has already ceased collecting carbon price revenues.
