On 23 September 2020, Murraylink submitted an application under clause 6A.7.3 of the National Electricity Rules to the AER for a negative pass through of costs due to its actual connection charges for 2019–20 being lower than what was forecast in Murraylink’s 2018–23 revenue determination. Murraylink’s application proposes to refund $843,871 to its network users through a reduction in transmission prices in 2021–22.
