AusNet Services - Cost pass through - Easement land tax 2022–23

On 15 February 2022, AusNet Services submitted an application to the AER under clauses 6A.7.3 and 11.6.21 of the NER for a positive pass through of easement land tax for the amount of $12,180,817 ($nominal, GST exclusive). The AER has determined that the proposed pass through amount is appropriate and meets the rule requirements. We consider that the pass through amount should be recovered by AusNet Services in 2022–23.
