On 15 May 2015 Allgas submitted a revised negative cost pass through application to remove the carbon price from its 2015-16 reference tariffs. On 19 May 2015 the AER Board approved Allgas' proposed negative cost pass through application. The AER's reasons are set out in the decision paper.
