On 7 April 2016, the AER received an application from ActewAGL requesting an extension of time to submit an application for the pass through of costs associated with the Expanding Competition in Metering and Related Services Rule Change. The AER received similar applications from Ausgrid on 23 March 2016, Endeavour Energy on 31 March 2016 and Essential Energy on 4 April 2016.
On 29 April 2016, the AER extended the time limit for ActewAGL to submit an application to pass through costs associated with the Expanding Competition in Metering and Related Services Rule Change to 90 business days after 1 December 2017. The same extension was also provided to Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy.
