The provision of remote services through advanced metering infrastructure will enable customers to receive certain services at lower cost than in the past through the avoidance of on-site field officer visits.

Charges have also been set for Citipower, Powercor, Jemena and United Energy, which remain the same as our previous determinations for them. On 4 August 2014, SP AusNet was rebranded as AusNet Services.
