The AER’s National Electricity Market (NEM) Summer Readiness compliance bulletin and related checklist were first released in December 2019 and updated in December 2020 and December 2021. These documents have been retired and replaced by the AER’s NEM Readiness Guide and checklist recognising the criticality of participants maintaining a focus on compliance with their obligations all year round so they are prepared for, and can respond to, challenges as they arise.
Participants should refer to those documents for up-to-date guidance.
