On 31 October 2019, Essential Energy submitted its Annual Ring-fencing compliance report and independent assessment. These submissions are required by the AER's Electricity Distribution Ring-fencing Guideline.
The AER has considered this report in preparing our Annual Ring-fencing Compliance Report 2018-19, which assesses compliance with the Guideline by all the relevant distributors.
