Electricity Distribution Ring-fencing annual report 2018–19

On 14 April 2020 the AER published the second ring-fencing compliance report. The report provides an overview and assessment of distributors' compliance with the Electricity Distribution Ring-fencing Guideline through the 2018–19 regulatory year, including the 2018 regulatory for Victorian distributors. The report is informed by our ongoing monitoring and investigation work, distributor's annual ring-fencing compliance reports, and independent assessments of each distributor's compliance undertaken annually by third-party assessors.
