The AER has considered an application from Simply Energy to include an additional message, not required by the Better Bills Guideline, among Tier 1 information (or on the front page) on their revised customer bills.
The AER has approved the request to include a name change message among Tier 1 on Simply Energy's small customer bills issued from February 2024 to April 2024 (when the name change takes effect).
