On 17 February 2025 the AER accepted an application from The Trustee for Energy Bay Victor Fund for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Warrawong Plaza, corner King and Cowper Street, Warrawong NSW 2502.
We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on The Trustee for Energy Bay Victor Fund’s application by 18 March 2025.
