We accepted feedback from stakeholders on whether the content of the draft Gas ring-fencing decision guide was fit for purpose and clear on the processes for applications and AER’s assessments between 16 September 2024 – 4 October 2024. 

Stakeholders were encouraged to specify where further clarifications may be needed.
