On 9 May 2024, the Australian Energy Market Commission (AEMC) released the draft determination on the Commonwealth Minister’s rule change request on Managing ISP project uncertainty through targeted ex post reviews. The Ministers rule change request is in response to the recommendations set out in AEMC’s Transmission Planning Investment Review.
The AER made a submission to the draft determination on the 24 June 2024.
