On 20 May 2024, Essential Energy submitted a pricing proposal for its New South Wales electricity distribution network for the period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025. 

On 30 May, Essential Energy submitted updated documents and models to correct for minor errors.

We will assess Essential Energy’s pricing proposal for compliance with the NER and our 2024–29 regulatory determination. Essential Energy provided other documentation to support its proposal and will be used in our compliance assessment.
