On 15 April 2024, JGN submitted a tariff variation notice for its New South Wales gas distribution network for the period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.

We will assess JGN's tariff variation notice for compliance with our final decision on the 2020–25 access arrangement. JGN provided other documentation to support its proposal and will be used in our compliance assessment.
