On 8 April 2024 The Trustee for Energy Bay Victor Fund was issued with a Notice of Acceptance and eligibility to register network exemption confirming that the recipient:

• has satisfactorily addressed the requirements of section 4.9.7 of the Network Exemption Guideline; and
• is eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at Home HQ Artarmon, 1 Frederick Street, Artarmon, NSW 2064.
