On 17 August 2023, Evoenergy submitted a waiver application under clause 5.2 of the Ring-fencing (electricity distribution) Guideline. Evoenergy requested that the AER waive their obligations under the clause 3.1(b) to provide gas services in relation to the ACT Gas network and the Nowra Gas Network.
