On 24 November 2023 the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Region RE Limited for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Goonellabah Shopping Centre, 2 Simeoni Drive, Goonellabah NSW 2480.
We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Region RE Limited’s application by 22 December 2023.
