• has satisfactorily addressed the requirements of section 4.9.7 of the Network Exemption Guideline; and
• is eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at The Village Bacchus Marsh, 160 Main Street, Bacchus Marsh VIC 3340.
