On 18 April 2023, APA Group submitted to the AER an annual tariff variation notice for its Northern Territory gas transmission network for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024. APA Group's tariff variation notice will be assessed for compliance with the AER's final decision on Amadeus' 2021–26 access arrangement.

On 28 April 2023, APA Group submitted a revised tariff variation notice in response to AER queries. This resubmission did not result in any changes to the proposed reference tariff.
