On 3 March 2023 the AER published:

• the draft Reliability Compliance Procedures and Guidelines for consultation; and
• a draft decision which details our draft determination, issues raised by the stakeholder submission to the previously published issues paper and the AER’s response.

Interested parties were invited to make a submission on the Draft Guidelines by 11 April 2023. We did not receive any submissions.
