On 31 March 2023, United Energy submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its Victorian distribution network for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024. United Energy's pricing proposal will be assessed for compliance with the NER and the AER's 2021–26 regulatory determination.

Other documentation was provided to support United Energy's proposal and to be used by the AER in its compliance assessment.

On 27 April 2023, United Energy submitted a revised pricing proposal and model in response to AER queries. This resubmission did not result in any changes to proposed prices.

On 17 May 2023, United Energy submitted a revised pricing proposal document to correct an error resulting in misaligned product codes for ancillary network services in table B.2 of the document.
