On 13 January 2023 the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from GVSC Pty Limited for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at 56-58 Glen Street, Belrose NSW 2085.

Submissions were invited from interested stakeholders on GVSC Pty Limited's application via public submissions, which closed on 17 February 2023. No submissions were received.
