On 15 August 2022, TasNetworks submitted an application under clause 6A.7.2 of the National Electricity Rules to the AER for a positive network support pass through of costs due to its actual network support expenditure for 2021–22 being higher than what was forecast in TasNetworks’ 2019–24 revenue determination.

TasNetworks' application sought a positive network support pass through amount of $192,779.
