Preliminary position

We have approached this preliminary framework and approach (F&A) paper differently, as this process is unlike any we have recently delivered as it considers options that will impact the future provision of potential new services.

To assist in the discussion with our stakeholders, we have published the F&A preliminary position paper for the NSW, ACT, NT and Tasmanian businesses (including TAS transmission) for the regulatory control period commencing 1 July 2024.

We are seeking feedback on all the proposed approaches discussed in this position paper, and any other issues relevant to the F&A process.
