On 23 December 2021 the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved a gas retailer authorisation application from ReAmped Energy Pty Ltd (ReAmped Energy) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law). ReAmped Energy is now authorised to retail gas as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
