On 18 June 2021, the AER accepted an application from EN Project Company One Pty Ltd (EN Project Company One) to cancel the individual exemption it was granted on 8 November 2017 for the sale of electricity at Griffin Plaza shopping centre. EN Project Company One requested the cancellation of the exemption on the grounds that it no longer owns or operates Griffith Plaza shopping centre and does not sell electricity at 2 Yambil Street, Griffith, NSW.
