The waiver variation application requested that the expiry date of an existing waiver be extended by two years from 30 June 2021 to 30 June 2023. The waiver application, if granted, would permit SA Power Networks to continue to provide specific telecommunication construction and maintenance services to a single customer under an existing contract.
