Negotiated transmission service criteria

Under clause 6A.9.4 (NER version 109) of the NER, the AER's transmission determination for AEMO must set out the Negotiated Transmission Service Criteria (NTSC). The NTSC determined by the AER must give effect to, and be consistent with, the negotiated transmission service principles set out in clause 6A.9.1 of the NER.

By virtue of clause 11.98.8 of the NER, the provisions for NTSC in version 109 of the NER continue to apply for AEMO.
