On 13 March 2020, Evoenergy submitted to the AER an annual tariff variation notice for the ACT, Queanbeyan and Palerang gas distribution network. The tariff variation notice relates to network charges for Evoenergy's users for the period 1 July 2020 - 30 June 2021.

On 20 March 2020, Evoenergy submitted a revised submission to reflect changes in the Utilities Network Facilities Tax (UNFT) charge imposed on them by the ACT Government, and to respond to queries from the AER.
