On 20 November 2019, we published an issues paper as part of our development of guidelines to make the integrated system plan actionable.

On 5 December 2019 we held a joint public forum on both the ESB’s draft rules and our (the AER’s) guidelines issues paper. The purpose of this forum was to provide stakeholders with an overview of these documents and an opportunity to ask questions to help inform their submissions.

The ESB presented a slide pack on the draft rules, and we subsequently presented a slide pack on the guidelines issues paper. We have also provided key questions and answers from the forum, on both the draft rules and guidelines issues paper.
