On 21 August 2019, the AER accepted an application from Enwave Tonsley Pty Ltd for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law. 

Submissions on Enwave Tonsley Pty Ltd's application closed on 20 September 2019. No submissions were received.
