On 5 April 2019, the AER accepted an application from Energy Services Management Pty Ltd (ESM) for an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).

Invitation for submissions on the application closed on Tuesday 14 May 2019.  No submissions were received.
