On 13 March 2019, the AER accepted an application from Dexus Property Services Pty Limited for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold an retailer authorisation.

We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Dexus Property Services Pty Limited's application by Friday 12 April 2019. Submissions should be emailed "Attention: Angela Bourke, General Manager, Consumer and Markets Branch" at AERexemptionsaer [dot] gov [dot] au (AERexemptions[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au) with the following title in the email: Dexus Property Services Pty Limited - application for an individual exemption.

We will take into account submissions in deciding whether or not to grant Dexus Property Services Pty Limited's application.
