On 8 November 2018, the AER approved United Energy's revised annual pricing proposal. This was after assessing the pricing proposal and updates as compliant with Part I of Chapter 6 of the National Electricity Rules, its approved 2017-20 Tariff Structure Statement and the AER's distribution determination 2016-20.

On 22 November 2018, new versions of the Pricing proposal 2019 and Attachment B were published, to correct only for column headings that should have included c/kW/day or c/kVA/day. Earlier versions only stated kVA/day. The peak demand window infographic for LVkWTOU and LVkWTOU-HOT tariff now correctly states 3-6pm. Previously, it was incorrectly shown as 2-6pm. All tariff rates remain unchanged though.
