On 21 February 2017, the AER accepted an application from Embedded Network Solutions Australia to cancel its retail individual electricity exemption for 22B Brookhollow Avenue, Baulkham Hills NSW. The process to cancel an individual exemption is similar to the application process. Once an application is received it is open to submissions for a minimum 20 business day consultation period, after which time the AER will approve or refuse the application for cancellation.
