The Australian Energy Regulator has made its final determination on the regulatory proposal submitted by ETSA Utilities, the electricity distributor in South Australia. The determination covers the regulatory control period 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2015 and sets the revenue that ETSA Utilities is able to recover for the provision of electricity distribution services.

Revised final decision - Australian Competition Tribunal orders
In accordance with the Australian Competition Tribunal’s decision, the AER has updated calculations of the expected revenues for the SA DNSPs in the AER’s distribution determination (final decision) dated 13 October 2010.
Revised final decision - AER revocation and substitution
The AER revoked and substituted the distribution determination for ETSA Utilities (now SA Power) in February 2012, to adjust the revenue allowance for the revised teratment of feed-in tariffs.
