Overview

Draft decision

On 30 April 2012 the AER released its draft decision not to approve the access arrangement proposal for the Roma to Brisbane Pipeline (RBP). The draft decision requires APTPPL to amend the access arrangement proposal for the RBP. APTPPL has until 25 May 2012 to submit its revised access arrangement proposal to the AER.

Stop the clock

The AER has decided under rule 11 of the NGR that the period of 56 days for submissions on the draft decision is not counted towards the decision making time for the full access arrangement final decision. This also includes an overlapping period of 19 business days for APTPPL to submit a revised proposal.
