On 28 February 2011, SP AusNet submitted a Revised budget application for its 2009-11 AMI budget, seeking to vary the AER’s Final Decision on the Victorian DNSPs’ 2009-AMI budgets, which was released in October 2009. SP AusNet’s Revised Budget Application was submitted under clause 5F of the Victorian Government’s Order in Council. Clause 5F requires that the AER determine to approve or reject the proposed variation to the approved budget within 40 business days of receiving an application.
