The access arrangement applied to the Moomba to Sydney Pipeline was the access arrangement that reflected the Australian Competition Tribunal Decision on 19 May 2005. 

This followed the High Court of Australia decision on 27 September 2007, which upheld an appeal by East Australian Pipeline Limited against a decision of the Full Federal Court. This decision had the effect of reinstating the access arrangement for the Moomba to Sydney Pipeline arising from the Australian Competition Tribunal’s decision and overturning the Full Federal Court’s decision.
